Buying nameplates from Dimension Sign

What the ordering portal is

• Where your staff reorder the nameplates and signs we already make for you — no email back-and-forth.
• Each account has its own catalog at its own prices, set up by us. Prices come from the catalog; nobody types one in at checkout.
• Every plate is drawn to our production layout as it’s typed, so what your staff check is what we cut. There’s no proof round: checking out is the approval.
• Each order can carry your PO number, and its order summary or invoice and packing slip are PDFs on the order.

Getting a county set up

1. We set up the account: your catalog and prices, where orders ship, and how you pay.
2. We invite the people who order. They sign in with an emailed link — no password needed. Anyone signed in can invite a colleague from Account.
3. Your account can share a request link with HR. Anyone with it — HR, a manager — can ask for a nameplate for someone starting or moving, without signing in; the request waits for someone on the account to add it to an order.

Paying

Each account pays one of two ways, chosen when we set it up:

Invoiced

Orders are invoiced to the account. Terms: Net 30

Card at checkout

Paid by card through Stripe when the order is placed. Stripe emails the receipt.

P-card

Accepted at checkout, on accounts set up to pay by card. Not for paying an invoice.

ACH / EFT

Accepted. Email us and we’ll send our ACH details to your AP office.

Check

Accepted. Mail to 380 Oak Grove Parkway, Suite 200, Vadnais Heights, MN 55127.

Tax exempt

A tax-exempt account is marked exempt with us, and its orders carry no sales tax. What to send us: Minnesota Form ST3, emailed to hello@dimensionsign.com.
